Last reviewed September 2026

Before the lesson

  • Use a suitable phone, tablet or computer.
  • Check the internet connection, microphone and speaker.
  • Open the lesson platform or link a few minutes before the start time.
  • Prepare the Quran, notebook, textbook or materials requested by the teacher.
  • Choose a quiet and appropriate place to learn.

During the lesson

Join with the learner’s correct name, listen carefully and allow the teacher to guide the lesson.

The learner should ask questions when something is unclear and avoid unrelated games, apps or websites during lesson time.

Young learners and connection problems

A parent or responsible adult should help a younger learner get connected and remain reasonably available.

If the connection fails, try reconnecting, closing unnecessary applications or restarting the lesson platform. If the problem continues, notify the academy through an official channel.

Between lessons and online safety

Regular review helps learning become more stable. Follow the teacher’s assigned practice and keep notes of questions.

Use official lesson links and do not share passwords, meeting links, personal contact information or lesson recordings with unauthorised people.
