The standards of respectful, safe and professional behaviour expected from learners, parents, teachers and everyone taking part in Muslim Path Academy learning.

Respect comes first

Everyone should be treated with dignity and courtesy. Discrimination, bullying, harassment, threats, aggressive language, humiliation and deliberate disruption are not acceptable.

Learners and parents

  • Join lessons on time and use lesson time for genuine learning.
  • Communicate respectfully with teachers and staff.
  • Provide accurate enrolment and contact information.
  • Respect teacher privacy, professional boundaries and agreed schedules.
  • Do not share offensive or inappropriate material.

Teachers and staff

  • Maintain professional boundaries and appropriate communication.
  • Treat learners fairly and respectfully.
  • Prepare lessons responsibly.
  • Protect learner information.
  • Raise serious safety or conduct concerns through the appropriate route.

Privacy and recordings

Lessons, screens, voices, images, contact details or private messages should not be recorded, published or distributed without appropriate permission and a legitimate purpose.

Responding to misconduct

Depending on the circumstances, the academy may provide guidance or a warning, involve a parent or guardian, adjust arrangements, pause a lesson or account, or take another proportionate step.
