Muslim Path Academy provides online educational services in areas including Quran, Arabic language and Islamic Studies.
Teacher matching may take account of the learner’s level, goals, language, availability and other relevant needs. A particular teacher cannot be guaranteed indefinitely and a suitable replacement may be arranged when necessary.
Fees, scheduling and attendance
Prices, lesson durations and package details should be communicated before a paid commitment is made.
Learners are expected to attend on time. Rescheduling, missed lessons, cancellations and refunds are handled according to the booking terms communicated to the family and our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Technology and conduct
Families are responsible for providing a suitable device, internet connection and learning environment.
Learners, parents and teachers are expected to communicate respectfully. Harassment, threats, discriminatory abuse, inappropriate material, deliberate disruption and unauthorised recording are not acceptable.
Learning materials
Materials provided by the academy or its teachers are intended for the enrolled learner’s personal educational use unless stated otherwise.
They should not be sold, republished or commercially distributed without appropriate permission.
Suspension, changes and legal rights
Services may be paused or ended where reasonably necessary for safety, serious misconduct, repeated misuse or unresolved payment issues.
These terms may be updated when our services or applicable requirements change. Nothing here is intended to remove mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
