How often should Parent-led progress reviews be reviewed?

Use clear criteria at sensible intervals and compare accuracy, independence and transfer to unfamiliar material. One unusually good or bad lesson should not decide the whole judgement. Review often enough to guide teaching, but not so often that every lesson becomes a test.
