How can a teacher introduce Similar ayah endings in Hifz without making revision complicated?

Keep new memorisation small enough that established material can still be revised reliably. Use retrieval before prompts and test from more than one starting point so recall is not tied only to the beginning. Introduce one new tracking or testing habit at a time so the system does not become harder than the Hifz.
